Michael Quintanilla, “Mr. Fiesta,” won’t let this year’s rain dampen his boundless Fiesta spirit. The former grand marshal of Fiesta Flambeau once again emceed Fiesta’s opening event, Fiesta Fiesta. He’s also involved with the Fiesta WEBB Party, the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas’ Lotería para Líderes event, and the Women’s Club Fiesta Hat Contest and Luncheon, making him one of San Antonio’s most outgoing Fiesta personalities.
