PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – A fugitive wanted for murder in Texas was arrested on Thursday in Panama City.
According to the Panama City Police Department, law enforcement received information regarding Xavier L. Jones, who is wanted in Arlington, Texas, for murder.
Officers reported that Jones was quickly located at a family member’s house in Panama City. He was taken into custody without incident.
Jones was transported to the Bay County Jail, where he waits for extradition back to Arlington.
