Crumbl Cookies is planning to open its first Corpus Christi location at the Shops at La Palmera on South Staples, with an expected opening in late June.
The store is known for its weekly rotating gourmet cookie menu, large specialty cookies, and open-concept kitchen where customers can watch cookies being made.
One of four owners, Riley Rawlings, says their store will also be among the first Crumbl locations in the U.S. expected to offer “dirty sodas,” a growing drink trend.
The bakery will be located between European Wax Center and DXL and is one of several new tenants coming to the area.
