SAN ANTONIO — Police are investigating a fatal shooting on the city’s East Side that left a 50-year-old man dead Friday night.
The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Lakeledge Street. Police discovered an unidentified victim with gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and leg. He died shortly after help showed up.
Investigators have detained three suspects at a gas station less than a mile from the scene. Police said the investigation spans three separate locations, including where the shooting occurred and where the suspects were taken into custody.
Police have not yet identified the shooter and the investigation is still ongoing.
