Started in 2015, Geraldine’s has been serving up unique dishes and cocktails with a side of in house live music. Overlooking the Van Zandt pool, the restaurant also offers a tailored pool bar menu so you can enjoy all there is to offer from anywhere! Inside the restaurant there is a menu for anytime of day hosting breakfast, brunch, dinner, happy hour featuring a rotating 3 course prefix menu.

Finally for dessert, a pan de elote completes the meal, with a soft corn bread pudding with a cajeta and tequila sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream.
