PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A Texas man wanted for murder is now under arrest.
In a press release, the Panama City Police Department says they were notified about a fugitive in the area out of Arlington Texas.
Detectives were able to locate the suspect, identified as Xavier L. Jones, at a family member’s residence in Panama City and take him into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Bay County Jail awaiting extradition to Texas.
