A shooting wounded a man early Sunday at a downtown parking garage near the San Antonio River Walk.
Officers were responding to an argument just after 2 a.m. in the 200 block of College Street when they heard shots fired at a nearby parking garage, according to a preliminary report from the San Antonio Police Department.
Police found a 19-year-old man with gunshot wounds in the parking garage. He was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Officers detained a 20-year-old woman for questioning in connection with the shooting, according to the report.
Details on what led up to the shooting were not available, and the investigation is ongoing.
The shooting came after the Fiesta Carnival, which draws thousands to the downtown area every year. Other Fiesta events held Saturday in the downtown area included Fiesta De Los Reyes and A Night in Old San Antonio.
