EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Morrissey, former frontman and lyricist of The Smiths, is set to perform in El Paso on Nov. 6.
The artist will be performing at UTEP’s Don Haskins Center as part of his 2026 U.S. tour for his new album “Make-Up is a Lie”.
The concert will begin at 8:30 p.m.
Upon release, “Make-Up is a Lie” hit #3 on the UK Albums Chart, becoming Morrissey’s 16th Top 10 solo album on the English tally (which includes compilations) and his 26th Top 10 album overall, including his work previously leading The Smiths.
Joining Morrissey for the sessions are bandmates including Jesse Tobias, Camila Grey, Carmen Vandenberg, Juan Galeano, Alain Whyte, Gustavo Manzur, and Brendan Buckley.
On June 19, Morrissey will release the Deluxe Notre-Dame EP, which features unreleased tracks from the Muial sessions and highlights the track “Notre-Dame.”
Tickets will be available for pre-sale beginning at noon on Wednesday, April 29, and general public tickets will go on sale Friday, May 1.
