Penny Renee Quinn, 61, passed away on April 24, 2026 in Arlington, Texas surrounded by her loving family. Penny was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin and moved to Texas with her family as a preteen. She met the love of her life, Neil, at only 18 years old. They fell in love, and as they say, the rest is history. They were married young, but built a life full of love and happiness. Over the years they were blessed with their three beautiful girls: Jessica, Kaitlin, and Madeline. Penny worked hard to make sure her girls always felt safe and loved. As a young wife and mom, Penny was determined and she worked hard to accomplish the goals she had for herself. Even with young children at home, she graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Social Work. After graduating, she devoted her career to serving, advocating, and protecting children with Child Protective Services for eight years. After leaving the work force, Penny stayed home with her girls as they grew up. She loved cooking, reading, watching movies, going shopping, and just spending time with those she loved most. As their girls ventured out on their own, Neil and Penny became empty nesters that enjoyed a peaceful lifestyle. They loved to travel and spend their days together.
