A man was shot at and grazed by a round from an AR-15-style rifle after an argument on the West Side near downtown.
The shooting was reported before 3 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North San Marcos and West Martin streets, according to local news stations.
San Antonio police said the suspect, a man in his 40s, fired a shot at a man in his 30s during an argument. The man in his 30s was grazed in the back of the head.
Witnesses told police that the suspect fired his weapon from inside his home, according to KENS-TV. One suspect has been detained in connection with the shooting.
