LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s help for information in connection with a theft earlier this month.
Around 7:30 p.m. on April 4, investigators say a suspect took rings that were left at a nail salon near 50th and Elgin Avenue.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic woman, medium build with salt and pepper hair, wearing a maroon shirt and denim jeans.
