There is a 40% chance of heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms on Thursday morning, with conditions are expected to improve in the afternoon.
That said, another round of storms should arrive late Thursday into Friday morning—bringing additional rounds of heavy rain, which could cause localized flooding.
The storm system is expected to move along east by Friday evening with cooler temperatures and a sunny weekend ahead
