EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — County star Post Malone took to social media to apologize to fans for some canceled shows in his tour, including the stop to El Paso.

He announced the apology on Friday, May 1, 12 days before coming to El Paso with special guest Jelly Roll.

“Looking at the upcoming schedule after stagecoach, I came to the realization that what we were trying to do, and what’s possible, isn’t really lining up,” he said in the apology.

Ticketmaster has posted the event as canceled.

According to Ticketmaster, refunds will be issued as soon as funds are received from the event organizer and should appear in the buyer’s account within 14 to 21 days.

If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets, according to Ticketmaster.
