LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A driver and three passengers are now injured after leading Lubbock police officers on a chase and later crashing into a light pole.
The Lubbock Police Department reports that an officer attempted to pull the vehicle over around 12:20 this morning near 82nd St. and Frankford Ave. for reckless driving. The driver is then accused of speeding off.
The chase ended when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a light pole near 114th St. and Frankford.
The driver and front seat passenger suffered minor injuries. The two passengers in the backseat suffered moderate injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation.
