LACY LAKEVIEW, Texas (KWTX) – A Central Texas woman upset over infidelity shared sexually-explicit images of another woman in order to “harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment and embarrass,” the victim, arrest warrants obtained by KWTX state.
Martina Celeste Padron, 36, is charged with harassment and unlawful disclosure of intimate visual material, according to the warrants.
A detective with the Lacy Lakeview Police Department met with the victim on April 6 and learned Padron had allegedly been harassing her since November 2025.
The victim told the detective that Padron obtained visual material depicting sexual conduct between the victim and a man. The affidavit does not identify the man seen in the visual material.
On Feb. 6, 2026, Padron transmitted the visual material of the victim engaged in sexual conduct to a second male with the intent of causing harm to the victim, the warrant alleges. The document does not identify the second male who received the explicit visual recording from Padron.

It’s unclear how both men mentioned in the documents – the one seen in the visual material with the victim and the one who received the material from Padron – are related or connected to the victim or Padron.
Further, the victim told the detective that Padron had been harassing her for months by “sending repeat alarming, annoying, threatening, and offensive text and audio communications on regular occasions,” the warrant states.
Padron also threatened to show up at the victim’s school and other locations to fight her and, on at least one occasion, did show up to the victim’s location, the warrant further states.
The detective met with Padron on April 7 to discuss the allegations, and Padron allegedly admitted the accusations were true. Padron also expressed remorse and was apologetic, the warrant states, adding Padron revealed she “was angry with the victim due to infidelity.”
Padron was arrested on May 1 and is currently out on bond.
The unlawful disclosure of intimate visual material, more commonly referred to as “revenge porn,” is the non-consensual sharing or distribution of sexually explicit photos or videos of an individual who reasonably expected the material to remain private.
It is a state jail felony in Texas with punishment ranging from 180 days to two years in a state prison facility. If convicted of this crime, you can also be fined up to $10,000. A conviction is also grounds for a civil lawsuit.
