LOVE COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – Chickasaw Lighthorse Police arrested a Texas man after investigators say he fired a gun during a dispute over a parking space at WinStar World Casino in Thackerville.
Fabian Moye Sr., 60, of Plano, was booked into the Love County Jail on May 5. He faces a trio of charges, including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct with a firearm, and discharging firearms in a public place.
Chickasaw Lighthorse Police responded on May 5 to a report of an altercation in the WinStar parking lot.
Police say they learned Moye Sr. got into a dispute with another person over a parking space.
Investigators say surveillance video and witness statements show Moye retrieved a gun from his vehicle and fired two shots—one striking the hood of the other person’s car. The second round hit an undetermined location.
Moye Sr. remains in custody at the Love County Jail.
