NorthPark Center in Dallas is ready to welcome some new, standalone stores that local shoppers can’t get right now.

The retail hub is slated to get three clothing stores and a fragrance shop in the coming months. Lafayette 148, L’Agence and Sézane are set to open spots at NorthPark, and each of the apparel stores have a limited number of shops in the country. In addition, Maison Francis Kurkdjian is set to launch a store there.

NorthPark continues to bolster its lineup as one of the largest and most historic malls in the greater Dallas region. That includes additions such as Sisley Paris, a French luxury brand, Skims of Kim Kardashian fame and Pottery Barn.

“We are pleased to welcome Lafayette 148, L’Agence, Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Sézane to NorthPark Center this year, each marking their first location in North Texas,” said Nancy A. It offers everything from wide-leg jeans to fringe skirts and swimsuits.  There are also belts, hats and other accessories for Los Angeles-area-based brand.

Sézane is a French fashion brand that was born online in 2013, its website says. Its knitwear, for example, has been called “internet-famous.”

Paris-based Maison Francis Kurkdjian, founded in 2009, is part of the international luxury company LVMH. “Designed in the tradition of luxury French perfumery, it advocates nevertheless a contemporary vision of the art of creating and wearing perfume,” its website says.
