EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — It was a tough start to the series last weekend for the El Paso Rhinos.
In Game 1 of the NAHL Robertson Cup South Division Finals, the Rhinos were shut out 5-0.
El Paso responded with a stronger effort in Game 2, but still came up short in a 2-1 loss.

Now, the Rhinos are facing elimination.
After two games in North Richland Hills, the series shifts back to El Paso for a pivotal Game 3 on Thursday night at Rhinos Hockey Arena.
The Rhinos have been strong on home ice this postseason, going 5-1. In fact, after dropping their playoff opener, El Paso has rattled off five straight wins at home.
Now, they’ll look to lean on that success once again as they try to extend their season against the Lone Star Brahmas.
Puck drop for Game 3 on Thursday night is set for 7 p.m. at Rhinos Hockey Arena.
