AUSTIN, Texas — The Marble Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an 81-year-old man who was last seen Wednesday night.
Police say Joe Hernandez was last seen in the 600 block of South Avenue L at around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was last seen traveling in a blue Ford F-150 with Texas license plate KWY5116.
Hernandez has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, and police believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
