LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock cheer and dance team is headed to the national stage.
Elevate Cheer and Dance Team is asking for support to get its girls to nationals. After one year with its doors open, the studio has 11 first place competition winners.
The team heads to Dallas for nationals next month, but said it will cost $5,000 to get there.
Elevate is hosting a car wash fundraiser Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Dog Gone Beautiful parking lot, 3821 34th St. Every wash helps fulfill that goal.
