Pete Norrod, of Arlington, TX, passed away on May 7, 2026, in Arlington, TX. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather by all who knew and loved him. He was born on January 15, 1938, in Hico, TX, to Earl Norrod and Jessie Nix. Pete was a veteran of the United States Army, an engineer for TxDOT, and a charitable man who always volunteered his time and money to various organizations. Pete enjoyed woodworking, doing different kinds of puzzles, and reading. He was devoted to reading his Bible every night. Pete is survived by his wife, Sandra Norrod of Arlington, TX; son, Jeff Norrod of Grand Prairie, TX; daughter, Kerri Norrod of Arlington, TX; grandchildren, Alex and Daniele Norrod of Grand Prairie, TX; brother-in-law, Michael Page of Fort Worth, TX; sister-in-law, Galina Page of Fort Worth, TX; and many nieces and nephews.
