Now through July, 7-Eleven is offering a promotion in which drivers can text the code “ALLIN” to the number 711‑711 in order to unlock 50 cents off per gallon of gas on the 7th and 11th of each month until July 11.
Drivers must have a profile on the 7-Eleven app to unlock the discount. After sending the code to 711-711, drivers will receive a text message with a link to claim the discount.
Once claimed, drivers can head to any 7-Eleven gas station on the 7th or 11th of the month and enter the phone number associated with the account when it asks for a rewards phone number. The discount will be applied automatically to each gallon purchased.

The average price of gas in Connecticut as of Tuesday was $4.616, according to AAA. The national gas price average was $4.504. The average in the state one year ago was $3.070, according to AAA.
The increase in gasoline price is the result of failed efforts of peace talks between the United States and Iran, as well as the continuing blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, Chris Herb, president of the Cromwell-based Connecticut Energy Marketers Association, told CT Insider in April.
