Coach Coffee Shop, Timberland and Psycho Bunny are joining the lineup of shops this year
Shopping trips at Allen Premium Outlets will soon come with a luxury latte in hand. The outlet center announced several new additions arriving this summer, including a new Coach Coffee Shop located inside the existing Coach store.
The expansion also includes new outlet locations for Timberland and Psycho Bunny as the shopping center continues refreshing its retail lineup.
Coach Brings Coffee Into The Shopping Experience
Instead of operating as a standalone café, the concept will be integrated directly inside the Coach store, allowing shoppers to browse handbags and accessories while grabbing coffee, desserts and other drinks.
While the Allen menu has not yet been announced, other Coach Coffee Shop locations have served specialty drinks like the Coach drip blend, s’mores latte, iced matcha and fresh lemonade, alongside desserts and pastries. Some locations also feature branded treats, including purse-shaped cakes and oversized cookies designed to match the store’s fashion-forward aesthetic.
More Fashion Brands Headed To Allen
The shopping center is also adding two more apparel retailers this summer. Timberland Outlet, known for its outdoor boots, workwear and rugged casual apparel, will open next to Bath & Body Works.
Meanwhile, Psycho Bunny — the New York menswear brand known for its bold logo and golf-inspired casual fashion — will open beside Karl Lagerfeld. Since launching in 2005, Psycho Bunny has steadily expanded its following and retail footprint, particularly among younger luxury-casual shoppers.
Located along U.S. 75 in Allen, the outlet mall remains one of the busiest shopping destinations in Collin County, drawing visitors from across the region.
Opening dates for the new stores have not yet been announced, but all three are expected to debut this summer.
