EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 32-year-old man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly opened fire on a Northeast El Paso neighborhood– an incident that was caught on home cameras.
According to the El Paso Police Department, Daton Mareham was arrested after police responded to a deadly conduct call at the 5800 block of Devontry Drive, near McCombs Street and US-54.
Investigators said Mareham fired a rifle in the neighborhood and ran into two back yards trying to enter the homes through the back door.
Police added that after Mareham was arrested, investigators found he had cocaine on him.

Jail records show Mareham was booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail on Monday and charged with:
Two counts of criminal trespassing with a deadly weapon.Deadly conduct, discharge of a firearm.
Possession of a controlled substance.
Jail records show a total bond was set at $38,500.
Video of the incident was shared on the popular social media account @therealfitfamelpaso, showing footage from home surveillance cameras.
