Harris County voters will head to the polls on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, for the General and Special Elections, which include contests for local, state, and federal offices as well as 17 proposed Texas constitutional amendments. Early voting runs October 20–31, and ballots will include key races for the City of Houston, Houston ISD, Houston Community College, and numerous municipal utility districts across the county.
