Vicente Galvan, lovingly known by family and friends as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2026, in Fort Worth at the age of 79. Vicente was born on April 10, 1947, in San Dimas, Durango, MX to Antonio Galvan and Esperanza Carrasco. He lived a life centered on faith, family, and hard work, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Teresa Mier Moreno; his children, Maria Galvan, Daisy Mier, Yesenia Galvan, and Sergio Galvan; his cherished grandchildren, Esmeralda Garcia, Aidan Garcia, Miranda Garcia, Ruby Segura, Jose Segura, Isaac Segura, and Aaron Segura; and his treasured great-grandchild, Camila Martinez. Vicente was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Galvan and Esperanza Carrasco. He will be remembered for his loving spirit, strength, kindness, and the deep love he shared with his family. His presence will be greatly missed, but his legacy will continue through the generations he helped guide and nurture.
