Police responded around 6:40 a.m. Monday to a victim with stab wounds, according to a spokesperson for HPD. The victim was then taken to Houston Methodist, where she was released on Monday and “let everyone know that she is doing well and remains in good spirits,” a hospital spokesperson said.
A defense attorney for Green was not listed in online court records as of Thursday.
Court records indicate Green had previously been convicted of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in 2011 for attempting to steal a car with a deadly weapon.
