LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Several events in Lubbock this weekend are a great showcase of our city for visitors and they’re free.

Trolley Tours – National Ranching Heritage Center

What it is:Guided trolley tours through the 19‑acre historical park at the National Ranching Heritage Center (NRHC), showcasing 50+ authentic ranching structures from the 1780s–1950s.

When: multiple departures each day:

Friday & Saturday: 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.Sunday: 2:30 p.m.

Where: National Ranching Heritage Center 3121 4th Street, Lubbock, TX 79409

Free trolley toursDuration: about 30–45 minutesNo online reservation: you reserve your seat at the front desk when you arriveEach trolley holds about 21 guests

Wolfforth Farmers Market

What it is:A large, year‑round farmers market with produce, baked goods, specialty foods (including keto/gluten‑free), crafts, boutique items, plants, and a petting zoo and food trucks. It’s family‑ and pet‑friendly.

When (this weekend): They operate every weekend, year‑round:

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.Sunday: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Where: Wolfforth Farmers Market 8924 County Road 7100 Wolfforth, TX 79382(about a half‑mile west of Frenship High School off W. 82nd St.)

Mo’s Market (Lubbock Arboretum)

What it is:A weekly Saturday farmers market produced by Mo Productions at the Lubbock Memorial Arboretum – heavy on local produce, breads, baked goods, coffee, makers, and creatives. Very “slow Saturday morning” vibe with music and occasional free classes.

When (this weekend):Mo’s Market is listed as running on Saturdays this spring/summer.
