AUSTIN, Texas. (KWTX/Gray News) — Multiple people were injured in at least 10 random shootings in Texas, according to officials.
The suspects have carried out up to 10 attacks in Austin, including at fire stations, injuring as many as four people, according to Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis.
One person sustained serious injuries, and the other three have minor injuries.
The shootings appear to be random, with no specific motive or pattern in locations, police said.
Police said three suspects are now in custody.
Police reported the suspects have been using different vehicles, possibly a black or dark blue 2012 Hyundai Sonata with a broken right passenger window and a white Kia Optima.
Authorities are urging the community to remain vigilant.
Anyone who sees anything suspicious or knows the whereabouts of the suspects or suspect vehicles should not approach and should call 911 immediately, police said.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Capital Area Crime Stoppers Program by visiting austincrimestoppers.org or calling 512-472-8477. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
