EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Ciudad Juárez is gearing up for one of its biggest annual events as the National Chamber of Commerce officially unveiled details for the 2026 Canaco Fair, according to the Diario de Juárez.

Scheduled to run from June 11 through June 28 at Plaza de la Mexicanidad, organizers expect the event to draw approximately 350,000 attendees.

According to Canaco president Iván Pérez Ruiz, this year’s fair aims to provide a vibrant space that blends culture, commerce, and community engagement.

A major highlight of the announcement is the diverse musical lineup, featuring well-known national and international acts.

Performers include regional Mexican favorites like Conjunto Primavera and La Arrolladora Banda El Limón, alongside artists such as El Tri, Wisin, Kumbia Kings, and Spanish rock band Mago de Oz.

The program also spans genres from norteño and banda to hip-hop and Latin pop, ensuring broad appeal.

To encourage strong attendance, organizers confirmed that admission will be free on opening day, June 11.

For the remainder of the event, tickets will cost 70 pesos for adults, while children will continue to enter free of charge.

Beyond the concert stage, the fair will feature amusement rides, food vendors, shopping areas, and a variety of recreational attractions. Gates will open daily at 5:00 p.m., offering visitors an evening-focused experience.

Tickets for headline performances will be available online through Don Boletón, with organizers expecting high demand given the caliber of this year’s lineup.
