HALL Splash is HALL Park Hotel’s new Saturday pool series launching Memorial Day weekend and continuing weekly through Labor Day. The opening weekend features a relaxed, social poolside atmosphere from 12–4:30 p.m., with music, drinks and summer bites including smash burgers, hot dogs, chilled watermelon and popsicles.

Closing out its 45th season, the Scarborough Renaissance Festival hosts a three-day Memorial Day weekend celebration filled with music, festivities and community gathering. On Memorial Day Monday, the event will feature a Veterans Parade and Fallen Heroes Tribute, honoring active-duty service members and veterans.

Annual Boots & BBQ Fest

May 24 | Legacy Hall, Plano

Celebrate Memorial Day weekend with a full day of live country music, barbecue and Texas-style fun at Legacy Hall’s Boots & BBQ Fest. Memorial Day at The Texas Pool

Celebrate opening day of the 2026 season with a Memorial Day gathering honoring America’s fallen heroes, featuring a National Moment of Remembrance ceremony at 3 p.m. with live bugler performance of the National Anthem and Taps. Guests can enjoy family activities throughout the day including games, giveaways, raffles, photo opportunities and prizes, plus food options from the Tikiz truck and on-site snack and grill areas.

Memorial Day Cotton Belt Route Excursion

May 25 | Grapevine Vintage Railroad, Grapevine

Take a nostalgic Memorial Day ride aboard the Grapevine Vintage Railroad during this round-trip excursion along the historic Cotton Belt Route between Grapevine and the Fort Worth Stockyards. Guests will have time to explore the Stockyards’ Old West attractions, including the daily cattle drive, museums and live entertainment, before boarding the train back to Grapevine.

Memorial Day at Grandscape

May 25 | Grandscape, The Colony

Grandscape and American Legion Post 21 will host a Memorial Day Honor and Remembrance Ceremony at the Corona Stage & Lawn from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The free community event will pay tribute to the men and women who have served the country.

The city of McKinney will host its annual Memorial Day Ceremony honoring the brave men and women who lost their lives in service to the country. The ceremony begins at 10 a.m.

DSO Memorial Day Parks Concert

Join the Dallas Symphony Orchestra for its annual Memorial Day Parks Concert featuring patriotic favorites, family-friendly entertainment and a fireworks finale. The concert begins at 8:15 p.m., with fireworks scheduled to follow at 9:15 p.m.

97th Annual Fort Worth Memorial Day Service

Fort Worth’s long-running Memorial Day tradition returns for its 97th year as veterans, local leaders and families gather to honor the service members who gave their lives for the country. The ceremony will take place from 10–11 a.m.
