LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The City of Lubbock Planning Department will host two public meetings this month for the Arnett Benson Neighborhood Plan.
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Maggie Trejo Supercenter, 3200 Amherst. The meeting will focus on commercial areas and residential development.
A second meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the same location. That meeting will cover other neighborhood topics.
The meetings are part of a series of discussions on existing conditions in the Arnett Benson neighborhood. Previous meetings covered transportation infrastructure, neighborhood assets, code issues and public safety.
Spanish interpreters will be available at all meetings.
