“‘Tarot is a tool for self-reflection. So it’s for anyone who’s ready for a little bit of guidance, and they’re ready to trust their inner voice. Think of how much were inundated by outside messages every day. Social media, your mom. Advertisements. And so tarot helps us understand how we are thinking, how we are feeling. And the spookiest thing is how accurate it can be.”

Fischer, a professional tarot reader, walked Sierra through a live reading on the show, showing that there’s no right or wrong way to approach the cards. “Tarot is really about insight, not prediction,” she said. “It helps people explore their emotions, their choices, and what energy they’re bringing into a situation.”

Throughout the segment, Fischer addressed some common misconceptions—like the idea that certain cards, such as Death or The Tower, always mean something negative. “Every card has depth,” she noted. “It’s about transformation and understanding, not fear.”
“So kind of what do you do on a daily basis with sounds like tarot? What I do is I work with clients and identify what is it that they’re hoping for.And then we use cards to discuss ideas and action plans for them to achieve that. And so I work with individual clients. I go to corporate parties. I go to bachelorette parties. And when you have a group of people all doing tarot together, taking turns, it opens up incredible conversations and they discover they can all help each other out and give support in new ways. So it creates connections and improves communication!”
For those curious to try tarot at home, Fischer encouraged starting with simple three-card spreads focused on past, present, and future energy. “Trust your intuition and have fun with it,” she said.
