RIP to Scott Wilson, who passed away at age 74 today, according to the Houston Chronicle.

“Scott Wilson, a well-known longtime Longhorns sports fan, died on Friday at the age of 74. Wilson was a fixture of fandom at every Texas football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball game, even maintaining a streak of not missing a baseball game for over 25 years. In fact, his chair at UFCU Disch-Falk Field has a plaque that reads, “Scott Wilson 1000 consecutive UT Baseball Games March 4, 2016.” That number surpassed 1,550 in April.”
