EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — All lanes going west are closed on Loop 375 in El Paso’s Lower Valley following a fuel spill.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the incident has closed all lanes at Loop 375 near Plant Road, at Padres mile 49.

TxDOT reported the closure at around 12:36 p.m.

TxDOT did not say when they expect the lanes to reopen.

The El Paso Police Department, which is helping with the closure, revealed that the spill was caused by a semi-truck that leaked fuel.
