INDEPENDENCE, Iowa (KCRG) – An Independence man was charged in connection to a Texas investigation.
72-year-old Dana Vietor was charged with contempt of court – failure to comply. Police say his warrant was issued in Texas and transferred to Iowa.
Officers located him at a home in the 500 block of 7th Avenue SE and arrested him without incident.
He has a $200,000 cash only bond.
