LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock Fire Rescue is on the scene of a 4 inch cut gas line in south Lubbock.
LFR said the gas line was hit by construction crews near 89th St. and Quaker Ave. Right now, LFR has shut down all lanes on Quaker Ave from 87th St. to 93rd St.
LFR is expecting it to be a prolonged incident and is asking the public to avoid the area.
