A rapidly expanding wellness and anti-aging franchise is preparing to enter the Collin County market. 4Ever Young signed a development agreement for a new location in Allen, with plans to open in September 2026 at 1480 N. Custer Rd., Suite 160.
The center will serve residents across the region as demand continues growing for preventative health, longevity and personalized wellness services.
A Growing Focus On Longevity And Proactive Wellness
Founded in Boca Raton, 4Ever Young has expanded to more than 70 locations nationwide and continues targeting Texas as a major growth market.
The concept blends multiple wellness and aesthetic services into a single patient-focused model, including:

Peptide therapy
Advanced diagnostics
Aesthetic treatments
Personalized wellness planning
Rather than focusing solely on cosmetic services, the company positions itself around long-term health optimization and preventative wellness.
Why Allen?
The new Allen location is being developed by husband-and-wife team Hamid and Fatana Herzai under Texas Longevity Lab.
According to the company, Hamid’s own personal health journey helped spark interest in the growing longevity and wellness industry. The couple’s backgrounds in technology, architecture and healthcare, including Fatana’s nursing experience, also aligned with the brand’s integrated care model.
“What stood out to us about 4Ever Young was how comprehensive and patient-first the model is,” Hamid Herzai said in the announcement.
The Herzais also plan to explore future expansion opportunities across North Dallas.
Wellness Continues Booming Across North Texas
The opening reflects a broader national shift toward preventative care, longevity-focused wellness and consumer-driven healthcare experiences.
North Texas has become an especially active market for med spas, wellness clinics and longevity-focused concepts as affluent suburban communities continue growing and consumers increasingly prioritize proactive health management.
The Allen location will become the brand’s 11th planned Texas location.
The new 4Ever Young location is expected to open in September 2026 at 1480 N. Custer Rd. in Allen. The wellness center will offer services including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management, diagnostics and aesthetic treatments designed around personalized long-term wellness plans.
