SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — It was a close call for passengers aboard a Southwest Airlines flight from Oklahoma City as it was preparing to land at San Antonio International Airport.
FOX 29 is reporting it happened at around 3:00 p.m. Thursday.
Southwest Flight 576, with about 100 people onboard, was a little more than 150 feet off the ground when the pilot had to pull back up because there was another plane on the runway they were landing on.
The pilot did a quick turn to the right, circled back around then landed safely 10 minutes later on its second approach.
All of the passengers exited the plane safely.
