AUSTIN, Texas — Police concluded a SWAT call-out early Saturday morning after failing to locate a suspect at a residence in south Austin.

Officers cleared the scene in the 12900 block of Cardinal Flower Drive after searching the residence and finding the suspect was not inside, according to the Austin Police Department.

Police initially posted about the incident on X just before 3 a.m. The residence was cleared by 5 a.m.

The department said the incident is considered isolated and there is no known threat to the general public.
