Filipino fast-food favorite Jollibee is eyeing new San Antonio spots amid expansion. A media representative said the chain is looking to plant at least 15 new locations across the Alamo City. The email calls Texas the chains next massive development opportunity, with San Antonio as a top-priority growth market. Jollibee says it wants to tap into San Antonios large Filipino-American community and military population at Joint Base San Antonio. The chain has one location in San Antonio, opened in December 2020, and three more Texas locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
