JetSet Pilates officially opened its first Houston location in mid-May along West Dallas Street in River Oaks. The modern reformer Pilates franchise offers premium, full-body workouts.
How it works
The studio features 13 custom reformers and provides 50-minute, high-end classes that combine strength, cardio and Pilates-inspired movements, according to a May 21 news release. There are five levels of workouts, including:
Jetsetter Reformer: The studio’s signature class that combines a full-body workout on the custom reformers for 50 minutes, designed to sculpt, tone and energize the bodyFundamentals: A foundational class that focuses on teaching proper form, alignment and technique on the reformerUpper + Core: A high-energy Pilates-based workout that hones in on strengthening and sculpting the core, arms and shouldersLower + Core: An intense reformer-based workout designed to strengthen and tone the core, glutes and legsOn the Mat: A workout that blends core-strengthening movements with smooth transitions for a full-body burn without a reformerClasses are set to DJ-curated music.
Meet the owner
The River Oaks location is owned and operated by Tiana Montgomery, a healthcare professional and nurse with experience across labor and delivery, oncology and medical device sales.
“Pilates played such a meaningful role in helping me regain my strength and confidence after pregnancy,” Montgomery said. “When I took my first JetSet class, I felt an immediate connection not just to the workout itself, but to how it supported both my physical and mental well-being.”
Montgomery said opening the studio was a personal journey for her because it has allowed her to take her chosen career supporting women’s health and extend into something she is passionate about—creating a space where others can prioritize themselves.
Something to note
Memberships at the River Oaks studio range from $99 per month for four classes to $499 per month for a 20-class pack. A variety of intro offers, pre-opening packages and specials are also available on the studio’s website.
JetSet Pilates River Oaks opened May 18 and will host a grand opening celebration May 30.
