SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Universal City Police Department is announcing the arrest of a suspect linked to multiple robberies.
KSAT-12 reports Joseph Anthony Aguilar, 18, was involved in at least two robberies, one of which left a teenage boy shot three times after police say he was lured to meet the suspect. The victim was shot in near the 1000 block of Pat Booker, and he was able to get help after he dropped to the ground at On The Grind coffee shop early Monday morning.
In another case, a victim was pistol whipped and robbed at a location not specified.
Aguilar is now facing two charges of aggravated robbery, and others could follow.
Investigators believe Aguilar and a female suspect still at large live at the Villa Mesa Apartments in Universal City.
