• Four captains represented the Commodores at midfield: Randon Fontenette, Marlen Sewell, Eli Stowers and Jordan White

PLAYER NOTES
• Diego Pavia threw for a career-high 365 yards to reach 4,356 passing yards as a Commodore, passing Jordan Rodgers and Ken Seals to move into seventh on Vanderbilt’s all-time list
• Pavia registered three touchdowns through the air and one on the ground. His rushing touchdown went for 25 yards, his longest rushing score this season. He now has a rushing touchdown in five of the last six games
• Pavia finished with 408 yards of total offense (365 passing, 43 rushing), a career high for the quarterback. His 408 yards were the most by a Commodore since 2015 and most against an SEC opponent since 2006
• Eli Stowers totaled a career-high 146 receiving yards on seven catches with two touchdowns. It was the first multi-TD game of his career and fourth 100-yard receiving game
• Stowers’ 146 receiving yards are the fourth-most by a tight end in FBS this season and most by a Vandy tight end since at least 1996
• Marlen Sewell and Nick Rinaldi led the defense with eight tackles each, both recording new season highs
• Richie Hoskins finished with a career-high five receptions
• Brock Taylor hit a 44-yard field goal for his fourth make of 40+ yards this season
• Nick Haberer recorded his longest punt of the season with a 57-yard boot
