Emergency crews responded Tuesday night to a carbon monoxide leak at a nursing home in Terrell.
The incident occurred in the 200 block of W. Nash Street, where the Terrell Fire Department launched an active investigation.
Kaufman County officials confirmed that the leak prompted the full evacuation of the facility as a safety precaution.
According to the city, no one has been taken to a hospital and there have been no fatalities.
