A top Texas beef producer is bringing prime cuts from the ranch to the register. McClaren Farms and Walmart have launched an exclusive new Smokehouse line loaded with juicy, buttery, “steakhouse-quality” meats at stores across Texas.
The selection of seven premium Angus beef products is “inspired by the bold flavors and large-format cuts synonymous with Texas barbecue culture” including short ribs, beef tenderloin, ribeye steak, burnt ends, ribs, bone-in shank and brisket-some of which can be ordered for pick-up or delivery.
