Corpus Christi man charged with aggravated sexual assault of child

CORPUS CHRISTI — A 27-year-old man was arrested Wednesday and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to Nueces County jail records.
Jordan Christopher Malinovsky was taken into custody by the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Nueces County Jail.
Jail records show Malinovsky was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bond was set at $35,000. He has remained in custody at the Nueces County Jail as of presstime.
Additional details regarding the allegations, including the circumstances of the arrest and the age of the alleged victim, were not immediately available.
Aggravated sexual assault of a child is a first-degree felony under Texas law and carries severe penalties upon conviction.
