TechFW and the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) on June 4 announced the launch of the Manufacturing Accelerator and Development Engine (MADE), an innovative new program designed to accelerate manufacturing growth and competitiveness across North Texas. The announcement was made at the inaugural TMAC Manufacturing Excellence Awards ceremony, where TechFW Executive Director Caitlin McMinn served as a judge.

Built on a strategic partnership spanning more than 25 years and encompassing work with 33 manufacturing companies, MADE represents a unique collaboration that combines TechFW’s economic development expertise with TMAC’s deep manufacturing knowledge and resources.

“This partnership has been transformative for North Texas manufacturers,” said Caitlin McMinn, Executive Director of TechFW. “MADE formalizes and expands what we’ve learned from two decades of working together, creating a program that moves as quickly as the manufacturing sector itself.”

MADE provides manufacturers with tailored training, resources, and networking opportunities designed to support companies at every stage of growth. Services include:

Established Manufacturers: Performance tuneups and optimization guidance

Emerging Startups: Launch support and foundational resources

Continuous Networking: Access to industry peers and collaborative opportunities

Administered under TechFW, MADE offers training, resources, and networking and has the flexibility to respond quickly to manufacturer needs—meeting companies where they are and adapting support as their challenges and opportunities evolve.
