AUSTIN (KXAN) — The University of Texas softball team just clinched its second Women’s College World Series championship in a row, defeating Texas Tech 4-1 on Thursday night in Oklahoma City.

Fans can celebrate with the team from 7-8 p.m. Friday at McCombs Field. The first 500 fans will get a free national championship poster, and photo opportunities will be available with Bevo XV and Smokey the Cannon.
