HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 29-year-old man wanted out of Austin was arrested Sunday in Horizon City after officers responded to a disturbance.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, Jeffrey W. Wagner turned himself in to authorities at the 13000 block of Eastlake Boulevard, after he told officers responding to a “disturbance” (police did not detail the type of disturbance) that he had an active warrant out of Austin for a parole violation.
Jail records show Wagner was booked into the El Paso County Downtown jail, where he remains as of Tuesday afternoon.
